Non-office workers often receive less recognition and appreciation for their contributions compared to their office-based colleagues. This lack of acknowledgment can impact their morale and overall job satisfaction.
Objectives & Goals
To design a technology that enables everyone in the workplace to communicate, express, and share their gratitude towards non-office workers, fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition.
